T...Some of the smoothies taste better than others. The downside of mine are that you do miss the taste of some individual ingredients. The fruit tends to overwhelm the taste of the vegetables. The oranges and melon have strong flavors. I don't taste the spinach, but when I use kale and/or broccoli, I can taste them. The nuts and seeds are entirely masked, so I may eliminate those and eat them straight. <BR/><BR/>What I like is energy these smoothies provide. I can do long bike rides and I am really not hungry for about 6 hours after drinking. The biggest problem is that they tend to get too thick.
