High Nutrition Diary

Breakfast 11:00 am
Green smoothie
1 large orange
1 slice fresh pineapple
1 medium banana
1 mL DHA Purity
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
5 ounces organic baby spinach
4 dates
3 ice cubes
Put into Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy

Lunch 2:30 pm
Raw vegetables with an apple and tangerine dipped in Russian Fig Dressing

Dinner
Brown rice with chickpeas, green beans, tofu
Raw trail mix
