After I woke this morning I got into my work and forgot about eating until about 11 am. Then I worked out an hour and one half after brunch and went to the dentist. I wasn't hungry until about 6:00 pm. Dinner tasted great. I love spicey vegetarian chili.
Brunch 11:00 am
Blue Smoothie
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 medium banana
1/4 cantaloup
1 slice fresh pineapple
1 ml DHA Purity
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1/2 almond milk
5 oz of organic baby spinach
3 ice cubes
Blend ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth and creamy
Raw trail mix
Dinner 6:30 pm
1 large bowl of veg. chili with black beans, carrots, celery
2 large salads with Russian Fig Dressing
