Workout 19 - Trike/Core Strength Training - 18 miles
Today was nonstop rain and cloudiness as evidence from the pictures. Not a pleasant ride. I not only got soaked, but my cellphone died from the wetness. An expensive ride.
100 advanced pushups - 50 regular grip and 50 wide grip 50 ab crunches
