Dr. McDougall's Advice Regarding Eating in Restaurants

John McDougall, M.D. has been my main source of nutrition information for over 8 years.  His advice has never failed me.  To the contrary, I owe my current good health to him.  Here are some of his thoughts regarding eating in restaurants, advice that I have been following consistently.

John McDouball is a powerful advocate for maximum functional longevity with his whole foods starch-based diet, augmented with vegetable and fruit foods. He is indeed one we can trust. Thanks for sharing this Howard.

By the way, I have updated my maximum functional longevity website page, having been deeply involved in additional study for the past weeks. Former misguided references and recommendations have been stricken, and the presentation has been modified as necessary to convey my current model of living well.
