Green Smoothie
1 large orange peeled
1 medium banana
1 slice fresh pineapple
1 ml DHA Purity
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 cup broccoli florettes
5 oz baby organic spinach
4 ice cubes
4 dates
Put all ingredients in Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy
Fresh pineapple really makes these smoothies taste great
Lunch - 2:15 pm
Spicey vegetarian chili mixed with brown rice, kale, greenbeans and corn
Pelligrino water
Dinner 6:30 pm
Sweet potato soup with kale
Large salad with mixed salad greens, Adzuki beans and carrots with Russian Fig Dressing
Trail Mix and banana
