Breakfast 8:30 am
1 slice of fresh pineapple
1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 small oranges
1 ml DHA Purity
1 TBSP ground flax seeds
5 oz organic baby spinach
3 ice cubes
Put ingredients in Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy
To keep it cold, don't mix too long. The Vitamix heats ingredients over time.
This tasted a lot better than it looked.
Lunch 1:15 pm
Met a friend at a restaurant. Kitchen was very accommodating, but I didn't specify no salt (forgot) and some of the veggies were salted. I didn't send it back, but the salt flavor was overpowering.
Plate of grilled vegetables with no oil (asparagus, mashed sweet potatoes (no butter or oil), green beans, and squash. This was quite good, except for the salt.
