High Nutrition Diary

Breakfast 9:15 am
Green Smoothie
1/4 Pomello (hybrid grapefruit that are less acidic)
1 small apple
1 medium banana
1 ml DHA Purity
1 TBSP ground flax seeds
5 oz of organic baby spinach
5 dates
4 ice cubes
Put in Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy

Lunch
Split pea soup with carrots, celery
Baked pita chips and Almond blood orange dip

Dinner
Red beans with brown rice
Steamed broccoli florets
Pellegrino water with a little pomegranite juice

what does your Almond blood orange dip consist of?

Barb,

It is basically the Fuhrman Russian Fig dressing made with Blood Orange vinegar. I mix together raw almond butter, salt free, oil free, marinara sauce and Blood Orange Vinegar. I use this for salads or a dip. I like all Fuhrman's vinegars.
