High Nutrition Diary

Breakfast 10 am

Green Smoothie
1 medium banana
2 small oranges
1 slice fresh pineapple
1 ml DHA Purity
1 TBSP ground flax seeds
5 oz turnip greens
1TBSP lemon juice
4 dates
4 ice cubes
Put in Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy

This one had a bright, but darker green than the smoothies I make with baby spinach. The taste may not appeal to everyone. If I were into wine I would say it had a distinct orange/pineapple flavor with some turnip green bitterness (not too bad though) with just a hint of lemon in the back of the mouth. Well, I am not into wine and I liked it. Those wishing for something sweeter would be better off with the baby spinach or a mix of spinach and kale or turnip greens. The turnip greens are growing on me.

Lunch
2:30 pm

Fuhrman Anticancer Soup with Italian bread and Russian Fig Dip
Raw Trail Mix
Pelligrino water

Dinner 7:00 pm

Hearty vegetable soup with barley
