High Nutrition Diary

Breakfast 10:30 am

Tropical Green Smoothie
1 slice of fresh Papaya
1 slice of fresh pineapple
1 medium banana
1 ml DHA Purity
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
5 oz organic baby spinach
4 dates
4 ice cubes
Put into Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy
This one has a nice sweet flavor. Excellent

Snack

1 medium banana and some raw trail mix on the ride

Lunch 3:30 pm

1 bowl of Fuhrman Anticancer soup
1 ww pita toasted dipped in Russian Fig Dip

Dinner 7:00 pm

Large salad with mixed salad greens, baby carrots, potatoes, edamame, red and green peppers
Italian bread dipped in Russian Fig Dip

You are probably getting good produce in Florida, aren't you? Must be nice!

Barb,

Actually, I am disappointed with the produce in Florida, except for citrus fruit. There are very few farms around Sarasota that serve the local market. There is a Farmer's Market every Saturday morning, but it is mostly a craft fair and the produce is not local -- pretty much the same thing we get at the supermarket.

On the other hand, we do have a large Whole Foods Market that has good stuff -- expensive though.

That's crazy. i recall a great fruit stand, "Robert is Here", in Homestead. But that's pretty far from you.
