Breakfast
Green Smoothie
2 small oranges
1/4 cantaloup (cubed)
1 medium banana
1 ml DHA Purity
1 TBSP ground flax seeds
5 oz organic baby spinach
3 ice cubes
Put ingredients in high powered blender and mix until smooth and creamy
Dinner
Vegetable bean and pasta soup
Large salad with adzuki beans and Black Fig Dressing
slice of ww cherry/raisin/walnut bread
Handful of walnuts and dates
