Green Smoothie
1 slice fresh pineapple
1 medium banana
2 small oranges
1/2 cup almond milk
1 mL DHA Purity
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
5 ounces baby spinach (organic)
Put all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
Lunch
Large mixed green salad with two leftover bean burgers and almond blueberry salad dressing
Dinner
Whole wheat pasta with beans and corn
Organic baby spinach salad with blueberry almond dressing
Pellegrino with pomegranate juice
Small plate of raw veggies and fresh fruit
Fruit crisp
