High Nutrition Diary

Breakfast 10:30 am

Blueberry/Orange Smoothie

1 cup frozen organic blueberries
2 small oranges peeled
1 medium banana
5 oz organic baby spinach
1 ml DHA Purity (optional)
1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
4 dates
5 ice cubes

Put ingredients in Vitamix or high powered blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Lunch 3:30 pm

Vegetarian chili
1 whole wheat pita toasted dipped in Russian Fig Dressing

Dinner


Organic baby spinach salad with wax beans, green beans, garbanzo beans, black olives, edaname, and red peppers with Russian Fig Dressing
