less than 2000 calories. were you hungry?

No, the days that I don't ride my appetite calls for about 2,000 calories. Today I did 48 miles and will probably eat closer to 3,000. Dr. Fuhrman says to eat when you are truly hungry and not at other times. When I returned from my ride today I was truly hungry and had about 1,000 calories for lunch.

good, that makes me feel better. I have been worried that 1500 calories isn't enough for me even though I get plenty full. But if 2000 calories is enough for you (on low activity days), I think I'm okay.

I guess we should listen to our bodies. Although I would like to lose 6-7 pounds. 165 or so would be ideal weight for me I think. I weighed 171 today. On low activity days my average is actually around 2100-2200. After my 48 mile bike ride today I had about 2700 calories, which felt a little light. I am still a bit hungry tonight.
