High Nutrition Diary

Daily Supplements
Breakfast
EngineerGuy's High Energy Green Smoothie (I tweaked the recipe a bit. I reduced carrots from 10 oz. to 5 oz. I added 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup pomegranate juice (slightly less than yesterday). I added DHA Purity, which I forgot yesterday. Finally, I added 1/4 cantaloupe to enhance the taste. This smoothie wasn't as thick as yesterday and it tasted better. This is a work in progress.) The calories remained at about 1050.
