Today was another nice day with brisk winds and sunny skies. I rode from home to the end of Anna Maria Island, took three laps of a 7 mile loop in Anna Maria and came back home. It was slow going on LBK due to some road construction and the traffic at the beaches was unusually heavy for a Monday. I felt pretty strong for the ride and could have gone faster.

2009 Workout 75 - Bike 48 miles - MTD 621 YTD 1772
