Oatmeal(uncooked covered with frozen blueberries, chopped dates and sliced banana in hot water)
DHA Orange Drink
Snacks during and after bike training (51 miles)
Orange juice/water in Camelback
Bicycle Energy Mix
Lunch (After cycling)
Mixed Green Power Smoothie
Large salad (romaine lettuce, beets, carrots, garbanzo beans)
Large sweet potato
Dates and Almonds (dessert)
