Green Smoothie (2 oranges, 1/4 cantaloupe, 1/2 cup blueberries, 5 dates, 1 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds, DHA Purity, black and white beans, 10 oz. organic baby spinach.
Almonds and dates
Dinner
Seder dinner (we celebrated late) - Matzo, Matzo ball soup (veggie broth), ground walnuts and apples, 1/2 glass red wine, boiled potatoes, steamed broccoli, vegetable dish (baby carrots, sauteed onions, raisins, prunes)
Angel food cake and strawberries.
