This being Mother's Day, I just went out for a quick ride around the neighborhood. This morning I did a core strength routine in my home gym - 45 ab crunches, 45 pushups, 45 back extensions and 45 lateral leg side raises. The ride on my P-38 was quite hilly and am impressed with how well the bike climbs. My time was slow because of the steep hills and the traffic. Good workout.
