Met Gary Pichon at White, GA and did a country ride of 32 miles. It was a beautiful, relatively cool day and the country scenery was gorgeous. This is a rolling hill ride with lots of climbing and some fast fun descents. There was relatively little traffic. This is the first time I have done this ride since my accident in December 2007. It felt good to return to one of my favorite training locations.

2009 Workout 80 - 32 miles - MTD 140 YTD 1900
Met Gary Pichon at White, GA and did a country ride of 32 miles. It was a beautiful, relatively cool day and the country scenery was gorgeous. This is a rolling hill ride with lots of climbing and some fast fun descents. There was relatively little traffic. This is the first time I have done this ride since my accident in December 2007. It felt good to return to one of my favorite training locations.
