2009 Workout 84 - Core Strength Workout - MTD 219 YTD 1979

Another rainy day, so I stayed at home in my gym and did a core strength workout:

Stationary Rowing Machine - 20 minutes
Ab Crunches - 60
Lying side leg raises - 45 each leg
Pushups - 45
Back hyperextensions - 45
Stretching - 10 minutes

The workout took 55 minutes.
