one medium banana
one quarter cantaloupe
1 cup frozen organic blueberries
1 mL of DHA Purity
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
three dates
three ice cubes
5 ounces of organic baby spinach
Blend in the Vitamix until smooth and creamy
Lunch 2:00 pm
Bowl of vegetarian chili and baked pita chips
Raw Trail Mix while riding my bike
Dinner
Large spinach salad at Sweet Tomatoes restaurant
Spinach, tricolor pasta(1/4 cup), peppers, cabbage, peas, corn, etc.
2 mini multigrain muffins
Orange slices
