wow, I just realized you use 5 oz of spinach in one smoothie! I used to do 4 oz in one but now my smoothies are smaller and I just have 5/3 oz per smoothie. Way to go.

Barb,

Baby spinach folds in so nicely I can use a lot. No taste and the more you use the greener and more appetizing the color, unless you add blueberries, of course.

Yeah I like the green color too. My housemate doesn't so I have to use blueberries and mixed berries in hers to make it as blue as possible. People are funny. Avocado is green and no one complains about that.

Barb,

I am mostly indifferent to the color of the smoothies. This morning's (Sunday) was brown because i used blueberries. The only thing that matters to me is the taste.
