High Nutrition Diary

Daily Supplements: GentleCare Multivitamin(2), OsteoSun (vitamin D) (4, 2 at breakfast, 2 at lunch), LDL Support (2), Saw Palmetto (2)

Breakfast

I had lots of fruits and veggies in small quantities left over in the refrigerator, so I threw them all together into this smoothie - frozen banana, frozen blueberries, carrots, cauliflower, mixed fruit salad, spinach, romaine lettuce, dates. Tasted very good.

Kitchen Sink Smoothie

Lunch

Penne Pasta with Eggplant
Raw Trail Mix (1 oz.)

Snack during and after cycling

Raisins
Dates
Banana
