Mixed Green and Fruit Smoothie (Organic baby spinach(3 oz.), kale(3 oz), broccoli(3 oz), ground flaxseeds(1.5 tbsps), DHA Purity, dates(6), prunes(3), 1 cup organic apple juice,1/2 cup orange juice)

Dinner (4:00pm -8:00 pm)
White and Pinto beans and brown rice
Broccoli and Black bean soup
Matzo
Apple Walnut Spread(1/2 cup walnuts, 3 apples shredded and 1/2 cup grape juice)
Oatmeal for dessert (1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries, 5 chopped dates, 1/2 banana with 1/2 cup hot apple juice)
