Breakfast
Frozen Greens and Fruit Smoothie (2 oranges, 1/2 cantaloupe melon, 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries, 5 dates, frozen banana, DHA Purity, 2 TBSP ground flax seeds, 5 oz. baby carrots, 5 oz. frozen baby spinach, 3 oz. frozen kale)
Snacks during and after bike training (20 miles)
Almonds, dates, banana, bicycle energy mix, Apple juice
Dinner (5:00 pm - 8:00 pm) (I ate some Southwestern Pasta at home around 5 pm. We went out for dinner at some friend's home. Our host made a vegan meal, in my honor, but it had lots of olive oil in it. It was delicious, but off program. I may not have the nutritional content accurate.)
Southwestern Pasta
Ziti with fake meat (a tofu/soy protein mix of some kind)
Sweet potato and white potato sauteed
Tomatoes with olive oil
Papaya and strawberry sorbet for dessert
