2009 Workout 95 - Core Strength WO plus Bike training 30miles MTD 78 YTD 2390
First, I did 50 minutes of situps, pushups, rowing and back exercises in my home gym.
My bike training was a relatively hard mountain ride at Stone Mountain Park. I did the really tough climb loop twice plus some easier, but still hard, loops with lots of climbing. The P-38 climbs well, but I need to be in better shape.
